Let's talk about what could be changed here.

Ground and fighting. Weaken them. I don't think ANYTHING old should be changed, BTW, but make them useless with the new types (still good against Crystal for one, but not the other, one or two of them are good against Ground/Fight, not effective against one of the types, not very effective)
I like how the new types were changed against each other. Makes more sense. But if you changed the damage of old moves to old moves, can you change it back?
Unless of course there's an entirely valid excuse, we should mess largely with what the big N provided.

It was pokemon factory's new type. The chart was made by shinE/Bonzai so there's a magic column.

Nicely done, as with Spark, I think Ground and Fighting should be weakened a bit.

No, I made it. It was meant originally for both of them so I didn't have to make two charts

Changed a few things, now ground is no longer super effective against wind, instead, wind is now resistant to it. Still the ground type seems to be very strong with 6 types being weak to it and a type that can't even hit it. However, ground cannot hit flying types and there are many flying types in the game. There are also many pokemon gifted with the ability levitate- lazardous, claydol, misdreavous just to name a few. With these taken into account, ground is actually not too great.
Fighting on the other hand, does seem a little overpowered. It can land super effective hits to 6 types; has only 2 weaknesses. Now with foresight, it can even hit ghosts. However, I'm stuck on how to weaken it. I've made wind resistant to fighting just for the heck of it though, even if it doesn't make much sense.
Another change I made is that crystal is no longer super effective against water. It's better this way. If else, all the ice/water and rock/water pokemon will suffer greatly.

I can't think of any way to hurt wind by fighting, you'd get blown away yourself before hurting it, so it makes much sense. If you still need to weaken it, why don't you make it weak to wind?

So according to the chart "Ghost" can't hit "Normal"?

Yes, it has been like that since RBY.

Ergh. Gengar with Levitate makes it too uber.
Yeah, make Wind super-effective to fighting.
Er...TPM? You didn't know that Ghost couldn't hit normal, and vice-versa?

Too uber? Gengar has no effective stabbing moves!
I don't see why wind should be super effective against fighting. Most strong fighters can conquer the wind no? I need more opinions on this.

Wind doesn't need to be good against fighting. At least of of our new types must be however. Also, I think Fightine should be bad against wind.

now ice does normal damage to crystal. This change is made due to crystal being a little too similar to steel.

bah, some ideas just popped out of my mind:
I think that wind should be resistant to light and dark because those two are also related to weather.
Also, for light, if you look at the light type in the chat, you can see that it isn’t good defensively, and it isn’t good offensively as well. While it can land a super effective hit on one more type than dark, there’s also a common type that is immune to it. I suggest changing light’s effectiveness on psychic to normal, since if not, it will be too much like dark (and we have 2 very similar types already- steel, crystal), but make light super effective against a more feared defensive type-dragon. I don’t think that people will argue over it too much, since psychic is really quite an average type and dragon is a mythical type that people made up so saying that light is super effective against dragon isn’t much of a non sense.

wiki.fangames.ptreasures.net/index.php/Type_ChartAll discussion related to the Type Chart is now to occur on this article's type chart, on which some likely major changes may occur. You see, me and Pory of PF have contemplated unified typing, and we can't be selfish and try to force them to be like ours, we're going to discuss it. And we'll do it on the discussion page. Cuddles, you especially have to join and contribute to discussion since you do the most to do with types.
