Well, the strategy with them seems a bit overpowered. High attack and speed, plus they learn Extremespeed with STAB.
Please discuss possible changes here.

Their total stats are equal to those of the other pseudo-Legendaries and should thus not be lowered.
Extremespeed can possibly be removed, though... maybe for Take Down or something like that (or do they already learn that?)

it already learns take down, so you might want to throw something in like double edge; or, since he learns both hyperbeam and iron blade at lvl 75, you can just move iron blade down to lvl 61 to replace take down.
I also think that letaligon's speed is too high, maybe it's better to drop it so it's under 100 and add these points to say defense.
By the way, Matt, this should be moved to pokemon stats and info. The review board is for people to discuss the strategies or their views on the already completed pokemon, like the johto, kanto and hoen pokemon.

Why drop the Speed? It's not like that's the highest Speed around.

Because of it's high speed, it'll probably attack first. Attack first + Extremespeed + STAB + High Attack = a bit PH34R . But I like it anyways!

What do you mean? We have, say, Espeon, with the same Speed as Letaligon and almost the same Special Attack as Letaligon's Attack. It also has Psychic, which has higher base power than Extremespeed, with STAB. Does that mean Espeon shouldn't exist?

Good point, plus it's pseudo legendary. So attack and Speed is fine.
What about the defenses and HP? What are they?

Extremespeed always hits first. Only Groudon would be able to beat Letaligon. "

I'm assuming that you are planning to remove extremespeed from its movelist.
As to your previous reply, Letaligon is quite unlike espeon in that it is also a tank that can take both physical and special hits well(except for fighting). It has stab on two types, which is always an advantage offensively. Being able to outrun the majority of fully evolved pokemon (195/217 not counting the pokemon of PT and pokemon with 110 base speed) means he can KO many things without ever getting a hit. Letaligon can land heavy hits (return, iron blade, earthquake, Hp crystal etc.) that KOs just about everything that's not a tank or does not have legendary stats. The fact that most of the tanks out there are rock/steel/crystal/ground types, and just about all of them have crappy attack and speed. Letaligon will only have to take a hit or two from them (he will likely survive) and counter back using his 134 base attack and earthquake etc.
Most of the pokemon that are faster than letaligon can't really hurt it with stabbed attacks (mewtwo, swellow, alakazam etc) and so they can only rely on things like fire punch which is unlikely to faint an healthy letaligon with its base 95 hp and base 100 sp def. And since most of the fast pokemon have crappy defensive stats, letaligon can finish them off using whatever physical attacks available to him.
Also note that more than half of the fully evolved pokemon have higher special defense than defense, having 134 base physical attack is generally better than having 134 special attack.

All right, if you REALLY want me to I can change it to Dragonite's values and make Special Defense lower than HP. That would mean 95 HP, 134 Attack, 100 Speed, 100 Defense, 80 Special Attack, 91 Special Defense. Although I can't possibly imagine why the heck Letaligon would have 80 Special Attack. It has no special type, no association with a special type, and very few special type attacks. It makes NO SENSE. << OK, here's what I see in your point - what Letaligon has over the other pseudo-Legendaries: - Letaligon's lowest stat is Special Attack, which few people would even use since Attack is obviously what they'd EV train it for and then they wouldn't use any special attacks at all.
- Letaligon has two physical types and thus two STAB types that also run off its sky-high Attack.
But that's it for any legimate criticism on Letaligon you can make. Otherwise it's just the same as the other Pseudo-Legendaries. Hmm, would you prefer if I switched Speed and Defense on the original stat distribution? And Special Defense and HP?

Well, the biggest problem I had with it was its speed.
I was going to suggest
Hp: 95 Atk: 134 Def: 115 Spd: 91 Sp Atk: 75 Sp Def: 90
Those are quite similar to what you said above.
<edit> when you have decided your final stats, we could move it to the final round up.
<edit again!> Since it has 3 horns, I think adding tri attack to its moveset isn't a bad idea!

How is this?
Leta: HP: 50 Attack: 64 Defense: 50 Speed: 50 Special Attack: 41 Special Defense: 45 Total Stats: 300
Letal: HP: 70 Attack: 84 Defense: 70 Speed: 70 Special Attack: 51 Special Defense: 65 Total Stats: 410
Letaligon: HP: 100 Attack: 134 Defense: 115 Speed: 95 Special Attack: 65 Special Defense: 91 Total Stats: 600
