I have the Move tutors done. HM's are done too, so we can start. Someone needs to help for TM's to be done (We need to randomize the order too)
The sig move will be back kick if it is accepted. Well, that and shockdown will be eggmovable.

I think double kick acts as backkick for horses, moose, goat, etc. Rapidash learns it.

It has like no non-offensive moves
Also...
Why not ditch E-Quake? Give it something less powerful...
For non-offensive moves
Agility? Growl? Light-Screen? Tail Whip?

I say ditch Earthquake. The set needs a bit of fine-tuning.
We need to keep the two new moves, Shockdown (non-offensive) and Back Kick on them, but we could rework the other moves. We need -Ground Move -Normal Move- Back Kick -Electric Move -Other type? -3 or 4 non offensive moves- Shockdown,

No agility, since the moose gets slower as it evolves. Slower compared to other stats, of course.
Have you seen the horns on Dynamoose? It needs Horn Attack.

Maybe we could give Dynamoose one of those "Lv. 1" moves, like Charizard's Heat Wave. Maybe we could put Zap Cannon there.

I still don't see it having zap cannon. www.serebii.net/attackdex/zapcannon.shtmlAlmost all pokemon that learns zap cannon are mechanical or golem like, except for deoxys, but dexoys is special. And senator, battling with antlers is not horn attack, it's take down. Besides, stomp just fits this moose pokemon, and is a better attack anyways.
