I'm no good at base stats, but...
Mirreflect
HP-60 Attack-40 Defense-60 Speed-55 Special Attack-55 Special Defense-80 Total-350 (too much?)
Psymond
HP-100 Attack-70 Defense-90 Speed-80 Special Attack-90 Special Defense-120 Total-550 (too much)
These can be altered, but they are my ideas of a crystal/psychic pokemon with high special defense.

Those actually look about like I wanted them, but I dunno if they're too high or not. I was actually hoping for Psymond to be a high-stat Pokémon, a la Alakazam and Gardevoir.

I wasn't sure if they were going to be weak pokemon easily found in the beginning of the game (ratata, sentret, zigzagoon, clipmunk), or a high stat pokemon found in the middle or end (graveler, donphan, wailord, etc.). I'll update them if they are high stat pokemon.
Mirreflect
HP-75 Attack-60 Defense-85 Speed-60 Special Attack-70 Special Defense-100 Total-450
Psymond
HP-120 Attack-90 Defense-110 Speed-90 Special Attack-100 Special Defense-140 Total-650
I gave them major lifts just in case they are going to have high stats. They aren't exactly the same as before, though.

Woah, major is right. I'll have to let soemonbe else look at this, as I'm no expert on stats.

It was only just now I realized that Psymond's new stats are better than some legendaries. Perhaps sharply decreasing attack and/or special attack (which ever is less important) + speed? That way it will have more balanced stats.
Mirreflect
HP-45 Attack-45 Defense-80 Speed-45 Special Attack-45 Special Defense-90 Total-350
Psymond
HP-110 Attack-50 Defense-100 Speed-75 Special Attack-80 Special Defense-135 (same as alakazam's special attack) Total-550
Now, their total stats are back to what they used to be, except special defense and defense are a bit less balanced out. I'm no good at finding good base stats, but these are better than that last one I came up with...

Zam's base stat total is 490. Gardevoir's 518
My impression is that you should lower HP, say, to 75. The stat total would then be 515, which is fairly high.

Just Psymond should now offer either 2 special defense EP's or one special defense, one defense. HP is no longer a good stat so either it should be upped or Psymond's EP should be changed.

Sorry to bump this thread, but eh.... 80 for Sp. Attack is veeeeeeeeery low. Is this supposed to be a kick-ass attacker or kick-ass defender?

More like a kick-ass defender. Those defensive stats (Def: 100, Sp Def: 135) indicate that it has some potential to be as good a tank as umbreon (Def: 110, Sp Def: 135) or Dusclops which has 130 on both defensive stats. It is specialised in special attack, unlike umbreon and dusclops which have only 60-70 as their offensive stats.
Base stat 80 is not terribly bad, Pidgeot, skarmony and golbat have base attack stat of 80. Even maganium's attack stats are round 80ish.
Overall, Psymond is a tank who can actually do some special damage.

I don't understand why people even WANT to use a tank. Don't people want to finish the foe's pokémon as fast as possible, without it doing damage to you? I'm full out for Attack, Sp. Attack and Speed. Those are the only stats I really care about... ![:-/](http://img40.imageshack.us/img40/231/undecided.gif)

Well, if you throw your tank out, it'll be able to last a few of your opponent's attacks. Then they may want to switch, giving a free attack. Ooh, now me wants to give Psymond a healy move.
