Here's those two attacks. I didn't want to post them up there because it would be TOO cluttered. Please offer suggestions as to what should be done.

A couple thoughts:
There's no point in having Rest or Earthquake as an Egg move, because we'll have it as a TM anyway.
Your Pokémon's stats (excepting Pikkok) are too high. Try lowering therir stats 20-50 points apiece, especially with the first forms (they're way too strong).
Lavash's moveset has too many offensive moves. Plus, Ember, Water Gun, Bubblebeam, Flame Wheel, Hydro Pump and Fire Blast is too plain. Give some moves such as Take Down, Agility, Double Team, whatever. You need some variety and filler moves. Has it so that it learns only Burningsteam and Hydro Pump for Water Moves, and Ember and Flame Wheel for Fire ones perhaps.
Gatorock has too many offensive moves in a row towards the end of its moves. Try some like Ancientpower, Knock Off, and Toxic.
Tell you the turth, I never liked the jellyfish. We have Tentacool, Tentacruel, Octorilley, Squibble and Mallusk as representatives in that family.

I thought they were anemones...

They're anemone/jellyfish hybrids, right? Hm, we also have anemones (Lileep and Cradily).
Just a thought for another move for Lavash/Flamarlin: Haze and Smokescreen!

Haze and Smokescreen? *slaps self* Can't believe I forgot those.
Shall I ditch my Jellyfish/Anemone line? There seems to be a lot of people who don't like it.
The reason Pikkok's stats are reasonable, I guess, are beacuse I compered the stats for Pidgey, Hoothoot, Taillow, and Spearow and took what I though would be decent for my bird. I guess I should do the same for others.
EDIT: I'm working on Lavash right no. i see what you mean about the stats being too high. I compared Horsea, Goldeen, Growlith, and Magby (just in case), gave Lavash some reltive stats, and I was amazed at how much they dropped. I'm working on the moveset now.

Great idea with comparing your stats, Sneasel. Just remember to give some variety to the moves!
About the jellynemones, it probably is best to give up the line. We have so many similar Pokémon to them...

Question: What is Heroncholy's Type? If you may recall, as of now, if you're planning to go with Wind/Flying, we already have Humird/Humisher/Humawk, Fouwler, and Kitgriff/Tigriff who have that dual Type. I only ask because it's not smart to have an overpopulation on such a combination. You may also want to diversify Pikkok's set. All every bird we have comes equiped with Gust, Wing Attack, Sand-Attack, Peck, etc. etc. I know that Pikkok has the Flash Feathers trait (which, by the way, is too long for a name) to add some uniqueness, but with around 6 other Flying Pokemon in this game, it does tend to run all together.
Other than that, just follow Ket Shi's advice.

How about a Grass/Wind or Grass/Flying? Would that work?

I don't see an indication where Grass would be a good Type to use.

Well I just put the fact that they are greenish and they are Peacock-like creatures together and just named off Grass.
Damn censored words turn "peacock" into "peathingy"

Actually, I was hoping for plain Flying for my birds. It's something new that we've never seen before. But I would'nt mind Grass/Flying or Poison/Flying, but we've got the Zubat line and the Hoppip line.
