Here's all the possible things for a trainer (* is required on every basic trainer NPC):
*Walking (4 directions, 3 frames per direction (Right, left, neutral)
Running (4 directions, 3 frames per direction (Right, left, neutral)
Biking (4 directions, 3 frames per direction (Right, left, neutral)
Fishing (4 directions, 4 frames per direction, Med, Med, High, Really High [Vertical positioning of player/jumps])
Surfing (4 directions, 2 frames per direction)
Fishing on a surfer (4 directions, 4 frames per direction, Med, High, Low, Med [Vertical positioning of player/jumps])
Using a Pokemon (5 frames, automatically facing front)
Using a Pokemon on surfer or flyer (4 directions of surfer/flyer, 5 frames per direction)
Using the seeker (5-7 frames, unsure)
Using the seeker on surfer or flyer (4 directions of surfer/flyer, 5-7 frames per direction)
Using the seeker on bike (5-7 frames, unsure)
*Accepted challenge of vs seeker (2 frames, one basic facing forward and one jump, or a simple holding one hand in the air.)
Accepted challenge of vs seeker on surfer of flyer (4 directions or surfer/flyer, 2 frames, one basic facing forward and one jump, or a simple holding one hand in the air.)
Back Sprite (One static, and four frames of the throwing animation of Pokeball/rock/food/pokeblock)
*Front sprite (Challenger, one frame)
Intro sprite (One frame)
NEW:
Consulting the navigear (Trainer looking forward, slightly towards the hands where the navi is held)
Refuse vs seeker challenge (Three frames, one shaking head to the left, one to the right, and one with eyes closed neutral position)
Teleport/log off- (Delta's animation)
Possible- add rop and digging hole to Escape Rope and Dig animations.
