OK here. We have about 60-75 new moves. We have 386 possible Pokemon to put them on.
This works in a few steps. 1- Make a list of all the new moves, a type, characteristics required to use the move (vines or such) and a level base (Learning level) 2- Make a list of old Pokemon's characteristic (See above) as well as type and such that may fit these moves 3-Debate power and moveset space issues before addin to a set 4- Check if it's a TM or not 5- If not, and it's acceptable in the set, give a level and how to space other moves to fit it in.
Also remember all Grass Pokemon that learned Solarbeam naturally..wait, what should we do here? I say Midoribeam for Grass types and Solarbeam for those that are now Grass/Light. Midoribeam is a more elusive MT anyways. Solarbeam will still be learnable by grass types too.
Discussion shall start with step 1. Check the ultimate list of pies for current moves (say if any are missing too)

Well, since no one has anything to say on that subject, I'll move onto their data for now: Base Tameness/Capture RateExperience Rate (Apparently there's also base Experience, and I'm looking into that) That's all for now
