This needs retooling to the MAX. I'd like to whittle it down to 50 as well.

Did you ever decide on Solar Beam? It makes more sense as Light to me, let's make a duplicate for Grass called Chloroblast or something. That way we can reuse the old animation too, and make a new one for Light-Solar Beam

Sounds good, though I think the existing animation fits better with the Light-Solar Beam move. After all, Chloroplasts don't emit light.

I called it chloroblast, as in a blast of chrolophyll or something. There are little green dots that fly at the enemy. Perhaps not then.

I was also thinking that we should cut down on changed typed moves unless they're absolutely necessary. Some goes with old Pokemon really.

... as in a blast of chrolophyll or something. There are little green dots that fly at the enemy. Perhaps not then. Sure that's OK. Only, the little green dots would be chloroplasts (which are the organelles), chlorophyll's the stuff inside the chloroplasts that colors it green. I think it would be fine to change the move.

make chloroblast a base 100 charged move with 50% sleep effect.

Okay. I think a FINAL final TM list is in order. Move tutors later, this is priority. *The first list is the pretty damn set-in-stone pillar TMs that probably shouldn'y be trifled with. *The second list is TMs that we had placed in our original tentative list, some reput GSC TMs and some 3rd Gen TMs that aren't really vital. *The third list is the final 25 TMs on our tentative list. Here's the list of 100 TMs (and HMs, we should decide on those) from 4th gen.04- Calm Mind 05- Roar 06- Toxic 07- Hail 08- Bulk Up 09- Psych Up 10- Hidden Power 11- Sunny Day 13- Ice Beam 15- Hyper Beam 18- Rain Dance 19- Giga Drain 21- Frustration 22- Solar Beam 23- Iron Tail 24- Thunderbolt 26- Earthquake 27- Return 29- Psychic 30- Shadow Ball 31- Brick Break 32- Double Team 35- Flamethrower 36- Sludge Bomb 37- Sandstorm 40- Aerial Ace 44- Rest 45- Attract 46- Thief 01- Swift Blow 02- Gamble 03- Curse Quack Attack 08- Bliss Kiss 12- Taunt 14- Infect 16- Plentiful 17- Exorcism Acid Rain 20- Piledrive Bubblebeam 25- Mirror Coat 28- Hurricane 33- Sheer Cold 34- Swagger 38- Bite 39- Nature Rush 41- Torment 42- Lava Floor 43- Flatter Wind Field Move Flower Bloom Steel Wing 47- Explosion 48- Skill Swap 49- Snatch 50- Substitute 51- Snow Song 52- Counter 53- Rock Slide 54- Wingbeat 55- Midnight 56- Feather Bomb 57- Sleep Talk 58- Roll Over 59- Imprison 60- Dragon Dance 61- Helping Hand 62- Reject 63- Seed Spin 64- Steel Wing 65- Recycle 66- Metronome 67- Refresh 68- Moonlight 69- Trick 70- Earth Spire 71- Flirt 72- Thunderstorm 73- Signal Beam 74- Clairvoyance 75- Endeavor ..Discuss?

Is that meant to say Quack Attack? Is that Mallard's TM? .. anyway.. MOAR PT TMS! Also, did we narrow down HMs? How's this: HM01- Cut HM02- Fly HM03- Surf HM04- Strength HM05- Heat Wave HM06- Rock Smash HM07- Waterfall HM08- Dive HM09- Headbutt
Was Dig going to be HM?

If we make Dig a HM, it needs a HM effect. Like, we could dig underground.

*facepalm* Dig HAS a TM effect. Like, getting out of caves and other places? You can't travel through trees using Cut after all.

But I say Escape Rope can do it too, so is Escape Rope a HM or something? It's not even a TM.

Yeah, I agree with Tropius. In certain caves and places, there could be cracked rock in walls and the floor where you could dig. No whirlpool HM? By the way, we should make items that have the same effect as HMs. I hate having HM slaves. Cut - Sword Surf - Surfboard Dive - Diving Gear Dig - Shovel or Pick Flash - Flashlight Not sure about these: Strength and Rock Smash - At a fighting gym or Karate school, you can earn a black belt after completing a minigame, puzzle, or task Fly - Plane; really expensive, but after you buy it it will appear at an airport and you can use it to fly in the sky where you can find pokemon that can fly. It has an option to fly directly to a city/town. Possibly there could be items attached to balloons or something.

HM01- Cut HM02- Fly HM03- Surf HM04- Strength HM05- Heat Wave HM06- Rock Smash HM07- Waterfall HM08- Dive
^ There's a good tentative list.
Headbutt, Whirlpool, Headbutt, Dig, Flash etc are pseudo-HM attacks. They can be gotten from a move tutor (though after we're done the TM list, we need to shave that list down a tad)

Good. And you wrote Headbutt twice, but it dosen't really matter.

Heat Wave is an interesting choice for an HM. What will it do in the overworld?

Getting past big chunks of ice I believe. I think there was another use for it I forgot...

I'm not sure if we have a tile for it... But I think we should have something more creative, like melting frozen water so we can surf on it...

The other use was walking over ice. We'll still have ice puzzles, but before you get the HM... I think. I dunno, maybe it was meting uphill ice, actually.

Let's just make a final decision. I vote melting frozen water.

Ever heard of oligarchy, TL? Heat Wave is used for melting frozen blocks of ice, whatever happens. There's also a bit of the Reirei story that needs the HM to burn away some thick vines.

I want somkething else because it makes Cut, Rock Smash and Heat Wave the same effect, and that's not that creative anymore.
