With a bigger image, I meant a more detailed one. It's a little blurry.

Anyways, Here's Herrmitus's info: Name: Herrmitus Type: WATER/STEEL Dex: Hermit Crab Pokemon Herrmitus's shell is 100,000 times harder than steel and the color of bronze. Since it lives at the bottom of the ocean the only things that have ever seen it's real face are the victims who's guts it's sucked out for food. Height: 4'03" Weight: 315 lbs. Tell me anything I've missed.

Now, that's better! We could even use your pokémon if someone made a prettier sprite .

Thanks! What about the animation request I posted earlier? And the dex? Anyways, if you don't have room for them on this version maybe you can use them on a (possible) sequel. The moves & items/berry, would you like those? I'll try to make images for you.

Sure, feel free to post your moves and items.
About the animation request, I don't have time to do that. Sorry.

That's O.K. Here are the items: They're not amazing, but you get the general idea. The Hyve berry is supposed to look like a honeycomb, it raises bug moves in a pinch. The Pretty Shell sells for 5000$, and the Big Diamond for 10,000$. As for the animation, I'll see if anyone else can do it when they have the time. So how are they?

That's much better! How about some c&c? I like the hermit crab pokemon, it is a nice idea. It lacks shading, though. You should add some shadows as well as highlights. The outlines also need a little color. Same thing with the items. Good try for a beginer.

C&c? What's that?

Ah. Well, I haven't done Herrmitus yet, but I did another of my Pokemon called Lampreyer. It's my first try at shading, so I think it's pettty good. Here: Once I've got enough experience with spriting I'll go for Herrmitus.

Nice Lampreyer, and the Gashper is really funny. The shading isn't perfect yet, but you're doing your best. Keep practising and you may become an awesome spriter!
Really nice sprites.

Thanks. I'm using 3 variations of each color (light, dark, and normal) and it's all on paint. YOU MAKE GASHPER ANGRY! ~ Gashper

I'm thinking of updating to 5 colors. Anyways, I invented a starter trio: Fire: Salander -> Maguana -> Komodocano (on my avatar) Grass: Snaileaf -> Palmantis -> Scarabush Water: Leel -> Lampreyer -> Gyleech Maybe some sequel... And Nintendo replied. They can't use them (they liked the drawings though), but maybe you can. Oh well.

Updated Lampreyer with 5-color palette.

You know, you can use up to 256 colors on a gif image and up to 1.6 million (or billion, I forgot) in other images. For PT, that would be 1.6 million, eventhough we try to maintain the Leaf Grean / Fire Red styles.
Great new image, by the way.

We've decided to change Koffyoung to Drewling. Here's a battle sprite: I think It's very good, especially the shading.

You"re making progress, indeed. I don't like this pokémon however, simply because it resembles Koffing too much, even for a baby-evolution.

PF's Koffing prevolution is called Laffing, and it exhales Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas). There's also an King's Rock evolution of Koffing called Choking.

Well, if we'd known... Anyways here is a complete list of my recently invented pokemon. Tell me any you'd like to hear more about: Leel Lampreyer Gyleech
Snaileaf Palmantis Scarabush
Dyca
Raptime
Salander Maguana Komodocano
Thribbin
Troplossom
Kiwaso Brillecock
I created Troplossom with a Tropius pre-evo in mind, but it seems you've beaten me to it with Sitrus... Oh well, it's a good drawing anyway:).
