Any ideas? I want a few move tutors in the game, and I need attacks for them to teach.

Punch and kick tutor.
Elemental hyper beam tutor.
That's all I remember from one of V's posts.

A weather conditions tutor? Maybe the Weather Gym leader will do that after you beat him...

Yeah that's what I have come up with so far. They are the ideal ones at the moment.

You could also have 25 of your 75 TMs be move tutors.

Then that would take the thrill out of having 75 TMs.
I just had Punch Tutor. No kick. Elemental Hyper Beam, like Fr/Lg, yes. There was also a Barrier Tutor (Reflect/LS/SG)

Is the barrier tutor a mime?

That can be cute. Maybe you have to battle his army of Mr Mimes! Or maybe Mr. Mime can get an overworld sprite and he just has one.

How about old, rejected TM's like Bide or Rage? I always loved those. Out of all the 103 TM's in RBYGSCRS, how many do we use?

Ahhh! *ducks* I'll stop that now. Well, the topic isn't fully finished yet though, is it? And shouldn't it be stickied?

Maybe Yawn should be move-tutored? Maybe by a very drowzy old man? That would be funny... "Zzz... Huh? What? Oh, I can teach one of Your POKEMON YAWN. How about that?" "There you go... Zzz..."

Ah, well, the other topic didn't have a purpose. This stuff here hasn't been finalized, so.. yeah..
No one's going to go for Tutor moves of crappy TMs. All the ones in Fr/Lg were the decent kind (Swords Dance, Rock Slide, Substitute, and so on).

I'd say Yawn is decent. It's good for catching Pokemon. I mainly use sleep, but paralysis is also good (Espeon's and Ubmreon's Synchronized paralyzed Raikou afetr it's Thunder).

Same for this one..needs to be finalised for dex and for finishing the game. I say nearly all the tutors in FRLGE go in, except crap, and throw in any good forgotten ones.
Also, as well as your listed-above tutors-
120's- Move Tutor
I have a list of all the old TM, being possible tutors. The rejects. Not the really bad ones, mind you.

Hm... the FRLGE ones.. well, and toss in some randoms, maybe? For example, the moves that you could get TM's for in Coin Exchanges in old games (I mean RBY) and how about the Crystal move tutor? That guy, what where his attacks... Flamethrower, Thunderbolt and Ice Beam. He was in Goldenrod, so... we could put a relative of his there. Next to the Game Corner. Yup, the relative appears on Wednesdays and Saturdays just like the old guy. And takes 4000 coins in exchange, and he teaches only once per day. How about that? Every first Wednesday of a month he does it for only 3500 coins. How about that? I think it's fair enough.

A good way to get Fire Blast, Thunder, Blizzard and Solar Beam.
Next order of buisiness- Uh.. I'm lost, any ideas?

Maybe one idea.
I think a good idea would be a move tutor that moves around a region (I'd say Hohpo) and you don't know where he will be the next day. He would also teach a random move out of a few for something... how about an Island berry? Maybe. Moves? - Grasswhistle - Barrier - Extrasensory - Trick - Smellingsalt - Spit up - Tickle - Charge - Beat Up - Memento - Dynamicpunch
I chose funny or odd moves, and some don't have a too good effect. So if you DO find the guy, (maybe he should hide?) and give him the berry (he should ask the player for one) and he says that he can teach a move like Charge, which isn't that good, and you don't want it... Some moves are actually good. Some aren't that good. It's all chance!

Dynamic Punch goes with the punch tutor. Add Zappy instead. Smelling Salt would ROCK on my Ursaring!

What's Zappy? Well, let's just take Dynamicpunch out.

Oh, Zap Cannon. Maybe? If Zap Cannon goes in, maybe Tri Attack should too?

These are the ones from Cyare. Should we add Amnesia and Tail Glow? (Or another move that double raises Sp. Atk.?)
