How's this?
A) Name: Swamp Gas B) Type: Poison C) Description: The Pokémon lets out a burst of swampy gas. D) Effect: Lower Defense one Level, possibility of poison E) Power: n/a F) Accuracy: 100% G) Side effect accuracy: Defense lower- 100% Poison- 10% H) Target: 1 opponent I) Miscellaneous: n/a i) Does your movethe move be mirror coated? Countered… v) If the user uses this move with a king's rock attached, may it flinch? Yes vi) If the foe has bright powder, will the accuracy be modified? Yes vii) Any other technicality that may be relevant. n/a J) Base PP: 15
Would it be possible? Lower Defense with a chance of Poison? It's for Gatorock and it's Evo, BTW.

Mm, I like it. But perhaps you could increase the possibility of poison? Maybe to 15% or 20%?

Hey there, hold on a minute, please? I got a 2 questions:
1. Shouldn't Noxiousfumes be a poison move instead of a normal move? I thought it sounded like a real poisonous move. Sort of Poisongas of something.
2. Smolderen is part Dark, right? I thought that dark 'helmet' was made of steel or something. At least, it looked like it in the sprite, me thinks.
Sorry, I just saw the list and I felt I had to reply (since Smolderen is one of my favorite pokémon, I want it to be absolutely perfect ;D).

Sorry, I just saw the list and I felt I had to reply (since Smolderen is one of my favorite pokémon, I want it to be absolutely perfect ;D). Certainly. 1. Simple. Noxiousfumes is the advanced version of Smokescreen and Smokescreen is Normal. The reason I DIDN'T opt to make it Poison was to allow for greater usage. A Normal move makes its way in Pokemon sets much farther than a Poison move. If you're wondering about the name, it's more appropriate to link the 'noxious' part to a sort of Tear Gas, rather than a poisonous one, which is why Noxiousfumes lowers accuracy. 2. It may look steel, but that is actually just the type of shading used to represent Smolderen's "Dark" type. Just as Tyranitar is a darkish olive color rather than fully black, Smolderen's color scheme has a little more silver to it. It's also because of the highlight. The reason it may appear strong and hard like Steel is because a large portion of the crest is made of bone, specifically the parts near the top down to around the middle of the eyes. The crests are mostly for show and don't really have a purpose for battle, other than to act as some spiffy headgear.

Okay, thanks. I got it all now. *I can use this to, when I'm going to draw Smolderen ;D*
But were can I find Noxiousfumes' stats?

Snow Song TM Feather Bomb (unsure if this was approved, it was never not approved but in fact suggested for use). Maybe TM I'll look for more of my moves. My Moves We're Currently Unsure Of: Slack Quack If Used TM for Mengde If Used TM Fertilize (can somebody help out with fertilize) Unsure of this becoming a move.

Feather Bomb was okayed as Skye's TM.
Slack Quack is Quack Attack and is being used for Mallard.
Fertilize isn't going on.

I don't care about fertilize.
I never knew about Skye getting feather bomb. Cool!
Don't mind about [slack] quack [attack].

How about Life Drain, for that Gourd-something Pokemon line. Life Drain Ghost 100 ST, 100 Acc, Targets one Pokemon, 5 PP 1/2 the damage inflicted restores the users HP. Doesn't affect Ghosts.

Having looked at the list, I find Iron Blade and Lethalsickle seem somewhat similar. Iron blade has high critical hit ratio, too, which fits the word Lethal quite well. I think it would be a good idea to get rid off Lethalsickle and have gashper and its evo learn Iron Blade instead. Also, wouldn't it be great if kabutops and scyther can learn Iron Blade as well? Just a suggestion Another thing though, is mega sting one of the new moves or was it dumped? If it's there, then Beedrill and Gligar should have it in their moveset.

I agree with you on Iron Blade and lethal sickle. I think the only type of moves that can have the same effect are stat raisers..
And also, are we even gonna change old sets? I'd really like for Parasect to have a nice bug move (Insect Pincer or w/e) Same for Beedrill with this Mega Sting.

...I don't know where you guys see high CH for Lethalsickle. It halves the opponent's current HP, so it's like Super Fang/Hyper Fang. Iron Blade's power isn't predetermined like that at all.
If something can get Metal Claw naturally, sure, I don't see why Iron Blade couldn't also work. The only thing is that you'd have to be the one responsible for getting the move on to the set and making the correct adjustments level-wise. Well that, and asking Dragonfree too.
I'd like to keep Mega Sting, however it's really up to you cuddles, as I borrowed the attack from Fluo's PPC and used it ultimately for the Scorpion Scotox's use. We haven't tried to incorporate it yet into any other viable Pokemon.

I edited V's first post here. Help me find the rest of the stats. And get accepting/rejecting those last moves.
And please don't ignore this. It took nearly two hours.

I accept them all I'm too jaded from deciding whether or not a move would fit. As long as they make sense, are seen fit by you Matt, and get placed on the proper Pokemon, they'll be fine.

Good. Now for the ones without topics need stats, then we can have an editor put up. I already made an attack folder for that purpose
