Elder Village Starlight Village Oceanend Harbor/Port (which one do you guys like better?) By the way, I decided that whenever you look out a window at night in Starlight Village, you catch a view of the nighttime sky. I have a picture of the Cosmic attack, but I am going to add a few stars to it, and there needs to be a horizon of trees at the bottom. I am considering making a sunrise one and a midday one, but I will need help on that. It will be the same trees, only a bit lighter because of the daylight, and a sunlit sky. A few days ago there was this period of beautiful sunrises here in New York (or at least where I live, anyway), hat made me think of this. Those are the sunrises I want. They have a multifarious array of colors, including pink, blue, orange, purple, a little red, and yellow. They blend nicely and it's very beautiful. or I could do those, I was fascinated by those pics for different places of interest in FR/LG, but I don't know the size you want.

I was thinking of you Cuddles, because of your super job with the portrait (which by coincidence will be in Starlight Village)
I will post the cosmic pic later today Cuddles, all that needs to be done is a few actual white stars added and the text at the bottom removed and replaced by a horizon.
The Sunrise and sunlit sky are going to have to be completely from scratch. Another thing is that I will make side wall tiles with windows facing east to see the sunrise. I think we will have east heading toward Johto, as Johto is west of Kanto, and Taion is west of Johto.
Those pics are fascinating. I might put a few of those in for caves or something. But for these I would like it to be a regular GBA screen size, 240 length by 160 width. Those are in pixels.
If you were planning on starting today or whatever, you could start on the sunrise or midday images, and then for the night sky you just take those trees, darken them for a midnight look, and paste them on, which makes for a super easy and quick night image.
For the next version, which I don't like to plan too far ahead, but I will add that world up west of Hohpo and north of Taion. It will probably be a partial archipelago and part continent.

Well the only one I am questioning is Sapphirea, only because I'm not quite sure what the "a" on the end means.
Pearlburg makes me a little nervous because it seems very very close to Petalburg. In fact, when I first read it I thought it was Petalburg.
I was thinking, Taion has a Greek theme. Maybe a city could be changed into a Greek-er name, ending with -polis. Just a little thing I thought of.
Also Ket Shi, do you think that Palmtree City can be changed to Beach and Sunset City into Oasis?
Oh, and Emerald City and Jade Forest were switched, to Jade City and Emerald Forest. I didn't like the name Emerald City because it's the Wizard of Oz, not Pokemon. Although I love the movie, it shouldn't be in our game.
Maybe Pearl City could be changed to something like Pearl Coast instead.

Here is the view that can be seen from the Space Observatory: And Cuddles is going to work on the night view in Starlight Village. This is what I made so far:

actually, what's gonna be out there except the sky? the sea? trees as you mentioned. And hill maybe? I'm not going to do it anytime soon though, still need to make some towers and some backs of pokemon.

Um trees, a hill, or anything you want to put out there (within reason, I mean there's no water north of Starlight Village)

Mountains/Large Hills are usually a common backdrop for the Anime scape shots, so those would work. Clouds would work well, but not too many.

And the clouds would be dark, and the stringy Cirrus type clouds. I see them flowing over the Moon sometimes.
And Reirei, as a green streak, will also be falling from the moon after the Elite Four, so eventually an animation of that will have to be made. Not hard though, it's just placement of the green streak (done by the Animation Shop)
I guess we will have Jirachi fall too, only from actual space. I don't know when that will be, or where Jirachi will be available.
