Don't worry, I've got all of it. Periodic editing has occureed, so Ice cavern is a bit better and Maplewood has been revamped.

I found a knackered old keyboard I've had for years, so I've been overdubbing this monstrosity.

I hope you can make something good from it, because, like you said, this is a monstrosity.

New theme, one of those where I'd jotted down an idea years ago and forgotten it: Crystal Lake

I've got some coursework that is up for listens (we can use it in PT but mhe, I can't think what for) - PostmodernismThe brief was just "compose a piece for two or more instruments which has postmodern elements, lasting two minutes." Pretty easy stuff. Postmodernism means the juxtaposition of different styles, sampling and using the samples in an unusual environment, and fragmentation of ideas. So I wrote a short Baroque-style piece, and messed around with it in Logic.

What exactly do you use to compose your music?

This is so pokémon! I think there's too much noise however. In a game boy I can understand that, since the speakers aren't of a very good quality, but on a PC things should be better.
Good job though;

Good point, FMY; I tend to make things a bit heavy on white, hissing noise. I've put up a new version now. (I tend to put unfinished things up a lot, I should really call the first thing I put up the draft version. I always end up changing things...)
Samba: i use GarageBand, Sibelius, logic, or just instruments and a microphone, depending on the music.

New: PT ThemeI did this in MIDI a while ago, and this is the Logic-ified version. Made with some new soundfonts I just got. Not sure about the choir. I might give them a different part at some point.

Uh, you need a media-player, like windows media player, quicktime, vlc, winamp, amarok, xmms, realplayer, ... It's a simple mp3 file you know.
It sounds good by the way, as ususal.

Hello. My brother has made a decent song in NoteWorthy Composer (basically a cheap Sibelius) and I'd like you guys to hear it. So, how do I upload it? NoteWorthy can save in Midi Format, by the way.
LOL bump.

Save it in midi, and get some free hosting (is Geocities still there? I forget...)
If you can't get any, let me know, and I'll set up a one-shot upload for you on the PT server.
