Well, I wasn't so worried about the levels, as much as, I was worried about the actually team.
Also, I think the levels are going to get higher for each Elite Four.
So, everyone in Johto would have extremely high levels.

I think Gloria is Helios' daughter. We really, REALLY need to finalise the plot so it all makes sense - are team Shadow trying to get albinos or prevent Apollo get it? Are Apollo good or bad or what? I have no idea any more.
Levels aren't such a big concern, I have a feeling that they're going to be one of the things that goes in as the game is built. We can easily put in shinies and stuff, but we need to decide on a flat rate of IVs for trainers or gym leaders.
And staff, you will all be beta testers! *shakes fist*

I had a thought recently- Why don't we just lynch Johto? So many other fangames have been using it these days it's hardly an original bringback anymore, and the levels just start getting excessive and the game is just cramped by the end of it all. We can still cameo some people from it, heck, we can even have like one town from it you can visit (like Olivine) and just block off the rest to use it as a plot point.
