Well, we already have a Light-legendairy, so I'm not that happy with changing its type. I like the pure Wind-legendairy. Anyways, I made this story a while ago:

What story? I must be losing my mind... I can't see it, nor the sprites in that new kid's thread.

WHOOOPS!!! I was on my nephew's pc and I posted that message already. Then I was going to look up the story, BUT as usual computers hate me. So it was teasing me, I couldn't do a damn thing. So I shut the thing down and did something else. Now I can't find the story I apologise for my nephew's stupid computer ~ZC

Only problems- The Taion leaders seem a bit advanced, and there are seemingly only a few PT Pokemon, and no PT moves. Also, it seems, there are none of the Gym Leader Moves on any of them, but we really haven't worked out compatabilities yet (Nor the final list)

Ok.
I'll help you.
Flora is the very first gym leader... You might wanna make her less hard.
Levels 10-14 should be good. No more than two pokemon. One of them being a PT and having the move she will give you as a TM.
Cobalt is the second His levels should be around 16-20 Two pokes one of which should be a PT and have the move he gives out as a TM.
I think you can manage the rest on your own.
I'll bring the topic I had to this forum.. Strange I never really noticed it before I posted.

yes they are too powerful. Imagine a starter at around lvl 10 with moves like tackle and ember go against evolved pokemon with areial ace, sky uppercut, surf, ice beam etc, it's suicide. These teams should be used for when we face them again later in the game.
As for pokemon, I think flora should just have a hoppip and lotad. Moves like leech seed, powders and aborb are acceptable in this level, but not swordsdance.
For the next gym leader, gligar (good choice), sandshew/onix should be used.
Keep in mind that there are 3 regions in this game, so the gym leaders in taion (the first region) should not consist of too many fully envolved pokemon. The very last gym leader in this region should only have pokemon around 40-45 max.
edit: uh oh wait, didn't realize that there are 10 gyms in taion, well the teams of the last 2 gym leaders should consist of pokemon around level 50-55 then.
Edit: On the other hand, seeing how there are so many side quests and team apollo events in tailon, it would be best to make the level differences higher in between each gym as the player would level up quickly and easily when they progress through the storyline. Make the last gym around level 60 or so then.
After that there's the elite four of Tailon, which should be around level 60-70. This gets me to think. Perhaps we should have levels exceed 100 in this game so that the gym leaders and elite four members that come in late would still be a little challenging for the players.
Edit: Here's my try at the first two, you can change anything if you want:
Flora:
Hoppip lvl 13 Synthesis Tackle Tail whip
Legumble lvl 11 Flower Bloom Sweet scent
Hoppip only has tackle as its offensive because of synthesis which can prove to be troublesome early on in the game. I used legumble instead of lotad because I think its colours suit Flora better. It is a first stage pokemon and is rather strong (hence why it is only lvl 11)- speed, sp atk and sp def wise surpass all basic form of starters and some first stage starters me thinks. It gains stab from flower bloom which at that early stage is a considerably strong attack.
Cobalt:
Sandshew lvl 15 Sandstorm (can be the TM that he gives you) Scratch Defence curl Sand Attack
Gligar lvl 16 Sandstorm Harden Poison Sting Swift
Basically, this team's purpose is to annoy. Sandstorm + Sand veil and in Sandshew's case, Sand Attack. These pokemon will have more chance to evade your attacks. Gligar with swift at this stage might seem very strong, but then Misty (the 2nd gym leader in Kaito) has starmie with water pulse and recover.

I need a list of the new pokemon you guys created and are planning to use. I fixed them to where their levels gradually go up and a few of them have tm moves seeing how they don’t need to gain levels to use those. They shouldn’t be too hard to beat but youre gonna either have to have a huge level advantage or a decent strategy to win. I gave each of the gyms pokemon 4 moves a piece because by the time their level 14 they should know at least 4 moves and it gives me more room to create effective strategies for the gym leaders. What I did is I made it impossible to go through the entire game using one attack. I was gonna ask also if anybody would mind testing these teams out on netbattle with me(you can lower the levels of the pokemon on netbattle) Ive been making movesets all day and need to test them. I can go back and change a move per team to fit the move in there thats gonna be the tm item later after the tm list is complete
Name: Flora Gender: Female Type: Grass Suggested Pokémon: Skiploom, Lombre Badge: Fauna Badge (sorry, no pic)
Hoppip Lvl 14 Ability:Cholorophyl +speed, -special attack -poison Powder -sleep powder -synthesis -tackle
Low level annoyer/status changer, synthesis for staying power so you can poison and then synthesis until your opponent dies, you can use sleep powder on fires, rocks, ice pokemon, and flyers then predict the switch and use poison power.
Lombre lvl 15 Ability:Rain Dish +special attack, -attack -rain dance -water gun (egg move) -absorb -leech seed (egg move)
Egg move Lombre, rain dish + leech seed + absorb at level 15 can be very effective, water gun to handle rocks, leech seed to help force your opponent to switch and add on to the hp you recover every turn with rain dish and absorb. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Name: Cobalt Gender: Male Type: Ground Recommended Pokémon: Gligar, Sandslash, Camerupt, Steelix, Wishcash Badge: Terre Badge (sorry, no pic)
Sandslash lvl 25 Ability:Sand Veil +attack, -special attack -earthquake -slash -sand attack -swagger
Ok the idea here is to swagger your opponent so you have a chance of making them inflict damage on themselves with an attack boost (the higher their attack is the more damage they do to themselves when confused), I put sand attack on there to lower accuracy so the chances of sandslash getting hit are even lower and slash and earthquake are there for normal physical attacks. I know swagger is kinda scary because it boost your opponent’s attack power but the majority of the attacks Sandslash is gonna be taking is gonna be from special attacks so boosting up their attack power doesn’t do anything for them if they don’t catch on to whats going on .
Wishcash lvl 27 Ability:oblivios +attack, -special attack -amnesia -earthquake ™ -rest -sleep talk (move tutor)
Anmesia to boost up special defense, the only attacks that are super effective against wishcash are grass attacks so you would amnesia 2 or 3 times then rest, then use sleep talk which I believe is only gonna use earthquake, the thing is the challenger can escape all of this drama by using a flying type or a pokemon with the levitate ability, so it’s a brutal stategy for them to be so low in levels but like the other pokemon if you have a solid strategy you shouldn’t find that much trouble here. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Name: Dave and Luna Gender: Male and Female Type: Dark Recommended Pokémon: Umbreon, Mightyena Badge: Stealth Badge
Note: Dave and Luna are a father/daughter pair. Their signature Pokémon is Umbreon.
Umbreon lvl 35 +defense, -special attack Ability:Synchronize -helping hand -Curse (egg) -return (tm move) -Rest
Helping Hand to boost up Mightyena’s attack power, curse up 2 or 3 times (physical attacks are all that’s super effective against umbreon) rest your hp back (it doesn’t learn moonlight yet), then I have return on it to take advantage of the attack boost from curse. Also with the synchronize ability you can take status effects and reverse them by resting.
Mightyena lvl 37 Ability:intimidate -Psych up -roar -Counter -Take Down
Take Down to take advantage of umbreon’s helping hand, Counter for all those trainers who like to just match up types to win gym battles, intimidate knocks down their attack power which should allow Mightyena to stay alive against powerful fighting-type attacks to counter all that damage back in their faces. Psych-up for trainers who have already figured out the joys of stat boosting, you let them swords dance, curse, defense curl, or calm mind up, copy their stats with psych-up then roar them out so in a way youre stealing their stat boost. If helping hand is supposed to boost his attack by 50% you do the math on what the base damage for Take Down would be after 2 helping hands from Umbreon .
Name: Miserie Gender: Female Type: Ghosts Recommended Pokémon: Shedinja, Sableye Badge: Ancient Badge (Plus shaped)
Shedinja lvl 40 Ability: Wonder Gaurd + speed, - hp +attack, -defense, special defense -Ariel Ace -Toxic -Silver Wind -Confuse Ray
This pokemon’s got some problems first thing is that it only has 1 hp that means it automatically faints after one turn of burn, poison, sand storm, hail, and being switched in on top of spikes. But Wonder Guard is an excellent ability, if you can manage to kill off all of your opponent’s fire, bug, rock, and ghost types you can sweep with only having to woryy about hail, sandstorm, and spikes. In general this is a bad pokemon to have on your team without a raindancer and rapid spinner but I make do .
Sabeleye lvl 42 Ability:Keen Eye -Knock off -Seismic toss -Toxic -Recover
Knock off whatever item your opponent might have to revoer hp or whatever, toxic them to give them grief then use recover and seismic toss to wear your opponent down.
Name: Manny (feel free to change...) Gender: Male Type: Bug Suggested Pokémon: Venomoth, Scyther, Masquerain Badge: Claw Badge (claw shaped, of course). Note: Manny is arrogant and spoiled. A good whooping is in order to humble him.
Venomoth lvl 45 Ability: Shield Dust +speed, -defense -Giga Drain (tm move) -Psychic (tm move) -Swagger -sludge bomb
Venomoth’s defense isn’t anything great to begin with if you get hit youre probably gonna take a lot of damage so we’re gonna make the objective “don’t get hit”. Swagger because fire and psychic attacks are going to be your worst enemy, if you do get hit by a rockslide or rockblast you’re gonna die anyway so theres no point in tryin to boost its defense I would want to focus on speed more that first attack is crucial with swagger, other than that it’s a special attacker with sludge momb for those other bugs and grass types.
Scyther lvl 44 -Sword Dance -Ariel Ace (tm move) -endure -reversal
Swords dance up once or twice (that’s probably all youll get), then endure so that all but a sliver of life is gonna be gone then use endure ( the lower your hp the higher the base damage) swords dance + endure + reversal = ownage, ariel ace is on there to handle grasses and other bugs.
Masquerain lvl 45 + special attack, - attack + speed, -special defense -Shadow Ball -Giga Drain -Ice beam (tm move) -Stun Spore
Special attacker nough said, I havnt seen masquerain being used effectively in battle since……..well never, but I think if we sacrifice special attack (it will die horribly to any fire attack anyway) for speed we can give masquerain a decent shot at having a good battle. Nobody suspects shadow ball or ice beam on a bug pokemon which is kinda what Im aiming for here surprise, just to shake the trainers up and make them think about what their doing.

Have you read what I wrote? We have 3 regions, 26 gyms in total and different elite 4 + champion for each region. The levels of the first 3 gyms are way too high! Not to mention that the pokemon they are having are way too strong. Moves as strong as earthquake, icebeam etc. are NOT going to happen until the 9th or the 10th gym.
On a side note, players will not catch strong pokemon in the first region, apart from things like gyarados or others who are supposed to be common.
Before you make anymore teams and movesets, go to the "pokemon stats and info" board to find <almost> every single new pokemon we have. (it will be much easier once the pokedex's up, FMY's working on that)
If you are in an urge to make teams like the ones you've posted, then go and try your hands at the elite four- Taion(level 60-70), Hohpo(level 85-95), Johto(level 100+).
