Hi I remember when this game was first mentioned by Deathchill on Serebii.net forums. Must have been about three years ago now. (much longer that the expected finish time for this project). Anyway I was registered on the pokeradio website. After about a year things seemed to be going very slow. I just checked the forums there like very month. Then the site closed.

I thought everyone just got bored and stopped. Then I remembered it today, and after some googling I found this website? Is this the same game here? How is it comming along? Is it actually going to be done, or is it dead? How come you changed websites? Any other info would be appreciated thanks very much.

No, we're not the same site, but we're related. Originally, we planned to use PO's engine for our game, but since PO silently died, things slowed down here too.

We still have a few active people here, and we decided to make our own engine. Thie is going very slowly however, because I was the only one who knew the language we planned to program the game in (Python), but because of problems with the game's speed, we decided to use Java. The problem here is that I have a very limited knowledge of that language, about the same as Bonzaï doez I guess. The only active contributor that has a good knowledge of it is Antarc.

Furthermore, we all have vesy busy lives and only a limited amount of toime left for this game. We will finish it however! I promise you that.

This is the official forum, the official site is located here: http://ptreasures.net/ and the testing versiopn here: http://test.ptreasures.net/ . Both haven't been updated for months however, again becasue of lack of time.

Yes, we are still extremely bored to the point that we can't be bothered to post things up here anymore. We also don't have nearly enough people to work on coding, maps and stories and the large amount of work left to be done just put us off.

Things ought to pick up after Christmas, because Matt will be back with his organisational skills. But for now, we're in a slump for a bit.

Hey guys thanks for the info. Sorry about the slightly late reply. Hope the game has picked up speed a bit for you now. I would help, but again my Java skills are very limited too. And I lack the time. The best of luck with this project and I will definitely play it when it comes out

I doubt they'll really do one because then they'd have to moderate it like WoW and stuff. They won't put that much money into it, i think.

Unless, of course, in the years and decades before PT is released, Pokemon goes through another boosted fad and makes a few more billion...
